2000 FEET CLIMB WITHOUT A ROPE

Alex Honnold climbs 2,000 feet without a rope! (Start this video at 0:50). Satori occurs at the moment when your mind is free of thought and you have pure awareness. The body is active but relaxed, fully focused on it's actions. It's what people feel when dropping a 50 foot waterfall on a kayak or base jumping into a cave and it's what Alex is experiencing during this climb. It's not only an incredible feeling but it's essential for success. Expand this clarity into your daily life.

WE ARE NOT FEARLESS

Fear paralyzes us if we let it.  Often it's resilient fear without a name or reason, triggered without rational explanation.  We are not fearless but some of us have the strength to live comfortably with fear. It will alway be there but the ones that care enough about progress, discovery and innovation learn to embrace it. When you feel afraid it usually means you're on to something.

STROKE OF INSIGHT

When the great Rabbi Moshe of Kobryn died his disciple was asked, "What was the most important thing to your master?" His immediate response was, "Whatever he happened to be doing at the moment." You've heard it a million times before, "live in the moment". Probably because it feels amazing. But why is it so hard to do? This Ted talk changed my life so take a moment to listen to this amazing story.

MOVE

Traveling is amazing because we have a desire to see new places and experience different cultures. But what makes it important is the perspective we gain and how much we learn about ourselves in the process. Because of the way that life is structured for many of us it's difficult to travel all the time. But we have too much to gain from exploring the world and 2 weeks vacation a year doesn't cut it. Yes work is important but the price of anything is the amount of life you exchange for it.

WORDS TO LIVE BY

When I was 17, I read a quote that went something like: "If you live each day as if it was your last, someday you'll most certainly be right." It made an impression on me, and since then, for the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: "If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?" And whenever the answer has been "No" for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.

THE IMPOSSIBLE DREAM

To reach the unreachable star. No matter how hopeless, no matter how far. To run where the brave dare not go. To be willing to give when there's no more to give. I know if I'll only be true to this glorious quest. That my heart will lie peaceful and calm when I'm laid to my rest. And the world will be better for this. That one man scorned and covered with scars. Still strove with his last ounce of courage. To reach the unreachable star.

HOW LIVEUNBOUND STARTED

When this video reached 1 million views I realized I have a huge opportunity to communicate with the world, without any filters.  I created LiveUnbound to inspire people to do what they love everyday and overcome whatever it is that's stopping them from doing that.

This video was very popular in 3rd world countries because (judging from the comments) it represented true freedom and joy.  Here is a comment that sumes it up.

Although that I'am from a third would country and i will never have the chance to have fun and enjoy life as much as these people do, although that my youth will be wasted without having one moment of such a happy joy, I'am glad that there are humans whom their luck was so fortunate to them to allow them to have what I have been denied.
